Each serving of our Mini Crunchy Rollers (Organic Puffed Brown Rice) provides 0.75g of Organic Chicory Root Fiber, or 25% of the 3g recommended amount of the prebiotic to promote intestinal health. Organic Chicory Root Fiber contains, among other things, inulin which, when consumed in adequate amounts, promotes naturally occurring beneficial gut bacteria and encourages their growth selectively, resulting in various benefits.  According to our supplier, research of inulin shows that consuming 3g per day can promote healthy gut bacteria.

While our product does not contain the recommended 3g amount of inulin per serving, which is needed to receive the prebiotic benefits, consuming just one serving of Mini Crunchy Rollers may get you one-step closer to obtaining the intestinal benefits.
