Thank you for visiting our website, owned and operated by Chef Bobo Brands, Inc. (referred to as “Chef Bobo,” “us,” “our,” “we”). We are committed to respecting privacy rights and value your trust. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the treatment and handling of personal information that we may learn about you from using our websites at friendlygrains.com, avaorganicsfoods.com, wowzasnacks.com and chefbobo.com (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”), from purchasing our products, from engaging with us or our content, or by use of any of our services (collectively, the “Service”). 2. Agreement to Terms
By using or accessing our Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined below, the policies outlined in our Terms of Use, and you hereby consent that we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, then you should immediately discontinue use of the Service without providing us with any personal information.
3. Effective Date and Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date at the top of this policy. Chef Bobo has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes and to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect, especially before you provide information, and particularly personal information, directly to us through the Service. In the event of a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will provide a message through our website or via email informing you of the change.
4. The Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information (a) directly from you (such as when you e.g., create account, purchase goods from us, or contact us), (b) from third-parties, (c) from the device and browser that you use to access the Service, and (d) from cookies and similar technologies.
Identifiers
We may collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, unique personal identifier Internet Protocol address, date of birth, account name and password, postal address.
Professional and/or Employment Information
We may collect your resume, work history, and name of your employer.
Financial and Transactional Information
We may collect payment details (such as credit or debit card information), billing address, order history and other purchasing tendencies. We use authorized Third Party payment processors for part of this process.
User-generated Content
We collect the information and content of communications that you share through the Service. This may include the information you provide when you contact us or if you respond to our surveys.
Inferences
We may also draw inferences from the information that we collect that reflect your preferences and behavior.
Device Information

6. Children’s Privacy
The Sites are not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly or intentionally gather personal information about visitors who are under the age of 16. 8. How We Share Your Personal Information
We also share your personal information with the following categories of third parties, where applicable:

9. Your Privacy Choices
If you no longer want to receive our newsletter, emails or other marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails, by accessing the email preferences in your account settings page, or by writing to us as detailed below. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating directly to your account or orders placed through the Site.
With exceptions, you may be able to view, amend, or delete your information through your account by logging in with your username and password, or to cancel your account, you can contact us as detailed in the Contact Us section below. Please note that unless specified otherwise, cancelling your account alone, will not delete your information, and you can re-activate your account at any time.

“Sales” of Information
Our use of some cookies may be considered a “sale” under California law. California law defines “sale” broadly to include any disclosure of information in return for any value. The value does not need to be monetary like in a traditional sale. However, the disclosure of personal information to advertising networks through cookies may qualify as a sale. Your Rights

Please note, however, before we are able to process your request, we will need to properly verify your identity for security purposes. To use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we require the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the agent signed permission to submit the request. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us or directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
Data Retention
We retain personal information about you for as long as necessary to provide you with our Service or to perform our business or commercial purposes for collecting your personal information. When establishing a retention period for specific categories of information, we consider who we collected the information from, our need for the personal information, why we collected the personal information, and the sensitivity of the personal information. 12. Additional Disclosures for Residents of the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK)
This section provides additional information for residents of the EU and UK
International data transfer. As a US company, most of our operations are conducted in the United States and in order to provide the Service, personal information will be processed in the United States, where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. We provide appropriate protections for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law for international data transfers. With respect to transfers originating from the European Economic Area, we implement the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Retention of your personal information. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected; as needed to address tax, corporate compliance, employment, litigation, and other legal rights and obligations; and as otherwise permitted by law.
