SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY:
All orders process to ship within 24-48 hours and arrive within 5 business days.
Online orders for shipment within the United States may be placed through our Friendly Grains Website. We are able to ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and to Military APO/FPO via USPS but please allow 10-12 business days. We are unable to ship internationally.
Cancellations and Order Changes:
Our support team will try to honor order change requests, but once an order has been placed, no cancellations or modifications are guaranteed.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept product returns. If you would like to submit a claim due to damaged or defective product, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon receipt of your order. Please reach out to our team within 15 days of your receipt of the product.
Friendly Guarantee: If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with our product, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please note, our guarantee does not cover any issues regarding shipping delay or customer ordering error.
In the unlikely event that product is delivered with a quality concern or past the expiration date, please contact us. We will happily send you a replacement order.
