Crunchy Frozen Yogurt and Fruit Popsicles

Cool down with some fresh fruit, frozen yogurt and Crunchy Rollers 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup fruit, fresh or frozen, (strawberries, blueberries, and/or cherries)
  • 4 Mixed Berry Crunchy Rollers 
  • 4 5oz paper drink cups or silicone cupcake molds

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla bean paste (or extract), until blended. In a small bowl, using a fork, mash the banana and fruit, until a slightly chunky texture is reached. Stir the fruit mixture into the yogurt mixture.

Divide mixture evenly into the paper cups or cupcake molds. Insert the Mixed Berry Crunchy Rollers into the middle of the yogurt mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 to 5 hours, or until set. To serve, remove from freezer and carefully peel the paper cup away from the frozen pop. Enjoy! 

Notes: Frozen pops will keep in the freezer for up to 4 days for ideal crispness on the Crunchy Roller!
